Organizational Belonging Associate
A company is looking for an Associate for Organizational Belonging (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on internal strategy development to enhance organizational belonging through targeted programming
Develop resources and training for supervisors to promote workplace inclusion and belonging
Assist in creating an internal mentoring program and an internal book read program for leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years in workplace inclusion and belonging or similar experience with measurable impact
Experience leading professional learning sessions and discussions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize impactful work
Diverse experience with inclusion and belonging initiatives across various settings
Commitment to articulating the organization's mission and values
