The Role: As a Captain – Lear 45XR Aircraft for our team, you’ll operate the Lear 45XR in a 14 CFR Part 91 business aviation setting. Based at Willow Run Airport (KYIP), you’ll ensure passenger safety and comfort, collaborate with your co-PIC, and follow all FAA regulations. You’ll be an integral part of our flight deck, helping maintain a high standard of service and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Pilot the Lear 45XR, ensuring safe, smooth flights. Work closely with the Second-In-Command to follow all FAA regulations. Make decisions on flight delays, rerouting, and cancellations. Foster a professional, team-oriented environment. Participate in crew meetings and other department duties. What We’re Looking For: Must live within two hours of Willow Run Airport (KYIP). Strong attention to detail and professionalism. A commitment to outstanding customer service and safety. Benefits: Competitive salary ($120,000 - $180,000). Fly approximately 275 hours annually with 125 days of travel.
