Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Driver / Autonomous Vehicle SpecialistCompany: Aceolution (in partnership with Cognizant & Waymo)Location: Orlando/TampaEmployment Type: Full-Time / Shift-BasedAbout the RoleAceolution is seeking tech-savvy Autonomous Vehicle Test Drivers to support real-world testing and operation of Waymo’s cutting-edge self-driving technology. In this role, you will be on the front lines of autonomous transportation—operating test vehicles safely, monitoring system performance, and managing hands-on technical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and monitor autonomous test vehicles across predefined routes and driving conditions.Serve as the primary safety driver, ready to take manual control when required.Utilize onboard computers, diagnostic tools, and mobile devices to manage vehicle software updates, downloads, and system checks.Log detailed technical feedback, route data, and system anomalies to engineering teams.Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting in the field and at the depot.QualificationsValid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major infractions).Comfort with technology, including operating mobile devices, navigating proprietary vehicle software, and basic hardware troubleshooting.Strong situational awareness and the ability to maintain focus during long testing sessions.Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting test results and technical issues.
