Central Fill Pharmacist PRN

Direct technicians in the areas of workflow, scheduling, accuracy and the dispensing operation. Ensure the highest quality and accuracy in delivering patient prescriptions is maintained throughout the customer experience and interaction with the pharmacy. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform and oversee the dispensing process and associated record-keeping activitiesAll the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer/store complaints, including appropriate applicable documentationAssist in managing inventory and drug file maintenanceCommunicate with the Central Fill general manager, Central Fill pharmacy manager and system administrator regarding any operational issues, suggestions and/or repairsParticipate in periodic review and update of policies and proceduresParticipate in the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associatesProvide leadership and direction to supervisors, leads and customer service representativesEnsure patient information is handled in a HIPAA compliant mannerComply with state and federal drug laws as regulatedEstablish/maintain all record keeping practices necessary for legal compliance, company policies, accounting policies and other requested reportsMaintain all equipment (e.g., computers, printers, accuracy scanners and cash registers) to ensure it remains in working conditionMaintain and organize all policy manuals, reference books, state laws and required equipment and verify that all staff is knowledgeable of their useMake a strong and continuous effort to broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skillsMay be required to obtain pharmacist licensure in additional states based on business need and regulatory requirementsMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationQUALIFICATIONSMinimumBachelors Degree Pharmacy or recognition as a Foreign Pharmacist Equivalent xhyhwjd Graduate from the Board of PharmacyAny Specialty Pharmacy experience Current clinical license for all states within the geographical sector Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing Ability to prioritize/multitask while providing accurate/ontime resultsProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with industry/technical terms and processesAbility to handle stressful situations Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction) Effective oral/written communication skills Desired1 year of retail experience Any Central Fill or Mail Order Pharmacy experience Any leadership experience
