Our platform accelerates deployment of DSP, RF, communications, and embedded signal processing algorithms onto heterogeneous compute targets, including GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, and edge SoCs. We support automotive, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor partners deploying complex algorithms onto constrained hardware with speed and rigor.About The RoleWe're hiring a Director, People Operations to build and scale the systems that define how our company operates and how our people succeed.This role owns the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from onboarding through performance and development—and is responsible for translating company growth into durable, scalable people infrastructure. You will design programs that create clarity, raise performance standards, and ensure we can grow without losing what makes us effective.You'll partner closely with company leadership to align people strategy with business outcomes and ensure we're building a company people do the best work of their careers at.Why This Role MattersAs we scale, complexity increases.
