Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality carpentry work on custom residential projects, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and built-ins Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents Collaborate with Site Superintendents and Project Managers to meet timelines and specifications Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Use and maintain tools and equipment in good working order Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving on site Qualifications 3+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in custom homes or high-end renovations Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites Experience with sustainable building practices is a plus Salary & Benefits Full-time position Competitive hourly rate at $25 to $30/hour, based on experience 4 weeks of paid vacation annually Flexible, supportive work culture that values personal time and balance Opportunities for growth into lead carpenter or supervisory roles Ready to Build with Precision?
