Interest in specializing in areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, or Sports.Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Excellence Provide individualized, patient-centered outpatient orthopedic care. Design and implement treatment plans for patients with varying diagnoses. Maintain a reasonable caseload to allow for focused, high-quality patient care.Professional Development & Growth Collaborate and learn from a team of experienced clinicians. Pursue specialties and passions through a Professional Education Planning (PEP) program. Participate in a Clinical Career Ladder, Leadership Development courses, and specialized residency programs.
