It is a culture of teamwork, respect and appreciation for all employees—whether caring for patients directly or working in a support role.Sycamore Medical Management is seeking a HR Data AnalystResponsibilities:Analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, compensation, engagement)Partner with HR and leadership to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendationsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in our HRIS systemConduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and improve HR processesIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflowsMonitor key HR KPIs and create regular reporting packages for leadershipAssist in HR system implementations, upgrades, and data auditsRunning reports and reporting analysisQualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources preferred-Expert in Excel- Experience with HRIS platformsCompensation & Benefits:Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, HSA and Long-Term Disability insurance401k and Profit sharingPaid Time OffMileage ReimbursementContribution to Health BenefitsCompany Discounts on Products & ServicesJob Type: Full-time
