Applicants can expect to join a company focused on quality work, professional relationships, and on-time results.Role Description This full-time, on-site Construction Estimator role is based in Stuart, FL. The Construction Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for concrete, masonry, framing, and structural steel scopes across commercial, residential, and municipal projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing architectural and structural drawings, analyzing project specifications, and compiling accurate budgets and bid proposals. The role involves coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and external partners to clarify scope, verify quantities, and track cost changes. The Construction Estimator will also assist with value engineering options, maintain cost databases, and support preconstruction planning to ensure competitive and accurate bids.QualificationsStrong skills in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting to develop detailed estimates, track costs, and support financial decision-making.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, general contractors, developers, architects, and owners.Experience with construction estimating software, spreadsheets, and relevant digital tools.Knowledge of concrete, masonry, framing, and structural steel construction methods and materials.Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.Previous experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar preconstruction role is preferred.Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
