Stout's Discount Carpet is looking for a low-stress flexible job with quarterly sales commission and retirement bonuses. We have been in the carpeting and flooring business for over 40 years, and are rapidly expanding! We are a third generation business always hiring friends and family, but with our rapid growth we are looking to hire. As the company grows, so will your opportunity. We are entirely 100% family owned; my father being second generation, and me third generation, we are motivated to keep the business moving fast paced! We have opened another location, and are planning to build our own large custom warehouse and open 2-3 new locations. The work environment is friendly, flexible, and has huge opportunity for growth. In this role, you will be responsible for: Cutting carpeting and moving carpet remnants (large rolls) Assisting with moving vinyl planking boxes Waiting on our lifelong customers, providing caring and genuine customer service. We pride ourselves on low-pressure and honest customer service. Communicating jobs with installers Many other valuable tools essential for the workforce in any occupation! There is a lot of manual labor needed for this position, please do keep in mind! This job requires you lifting at least 50 lbs and will be physically active.
