Qualifications Strong expertise in Finance, with a proven ability to analyze and manage budgets, financial reporting, and maximizing profitabilityProficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement effective organizational structuresDemonstrated experience leading Sales efforts and driving revenue growthCapability in Strategic Planning to set goals, develop actionable plans, and assess organizational performanceStrong leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsPrevious senior executive or leadership role preferredMaster’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is beneficialExperience within the industry or a similar business environment is an advantage
