100% Outpatient Pediatric position - $300,000 - $330,000 Base Salary 2 hours East from San Diego, CA Federally qualified health center (FQHC) Pediatric residency training required. BC/BE required American Board of Pediatrics. Permanent position only no locums. Located 2 hours drive East from San Diego, CA. 3 hours and 20 minutes driving from Los Angeles, CA. Local airport in the area with several daily flights to LAX. Group has 14 clinics total in southern California and expanding with additional clinics in the future. 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day. Base salary is guaranteed. Group has a production incentive policy for all providers as well. Monday Friday work schedule. Hours are 8 am 5 pm with one hour for lunch. (40 hours per week) Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed. Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well.
