You’ll get hands-on experience in nearly every area of the employee life cycle—from onboarding new hires to managing compliance documents and supporting benefits programs. You'll be the go-to problem solver for our internal team, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.A Day In The LifeBe the first line of support in our P&T inbox, routing questions and finding answers fastMaintain clean, accurate employee records (you’re the master of the details)Help with onboarding paperwork and benefits enrollments to ensure a great new hire experienceKeep us compliant by managing required documentation and responding to verificationsTrack and report key data that helps leadership make informed people decisionsSupport fun and meaningful P&T projects that make our team strongerWhat You Bring To The TeamA passion for organization, people, and processAn Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)0–2 years of experience in a support/admin role—HR experience is a plus but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating digital systemsDiscretion, professionalism, and a positive, team-first attitudeBonus Points For Experience handling employee data or participating in auditsKnowledge of benefits, compliance, or onboarding best practicesUS pay range for this role.$44,000—$55,000 USDSoil Nail Holdings and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
