Account Executive - Architectural Window Films Unlimited Commission Plan - Make up to $100k - Flexible Hours As a leader in architectural window tinting, Turbo Tint is searching for driven and talented people to join our sales team! Our team is currently looking for a salesperson to generate leads for architectural window tint. This is a hunter position setting window tint appointments and closing them. This position will require you to run sales campaigns with door to door visits, cold calling, cold emailing, and simple demonstration. The prospects are homeowners and businesses. This product is easy to sell as long as you are friendly and not intimidated by the prospect of approaching strangers. Turbo Tint has an outstanding online reputation you can lean on - 5 stars on Google. This position is for you if you are charismatic, reliable, honest, process driven, and motivated. This position is not for you if the idea of door to door sales or picking up the phone makes you uncomfortable. We prioritize honesty and integrity. We are not looking for high pressure sales people that could negatively impact our reputation. You don’t necessarily need sales experience for this position as we are open to a wide range of backgrounds and scheduling availability. We are open to retirees, front of house restaurant staff, car sales people, firemen, police officers, and other jobs that allow for extended blocks of time off. The business owner has fifteen years of sales experience and is willing to coach, but this person must be able to operate relatively independently. Job Responsibilities: ● Generate leads ● Cold Call ● Door to Door visits ● Convert cold introduction to appointment ● Close on the spot - measure windows, input into app, quote, and close ● Use software to enter and track leads ● Learn the basic concepts of window films in order to do a needs assessment with the customer ● Learn the basics of window film installation in order to determine if a customer is a good fit ● Work on a monthly quota and commission based pay plan ● Work at least three days per week Qualifications: One year of work experience in an industry with transferable people skills Excellent people skills and charisma Ability to use app based software Own a smartphone Ability to talk to anyone and make a connection with them Reliability Reliable transportation to get you to appointments Clean driving record and background check Hard drug free Why work for us? Earn uncapped commission on sales. On target compensation for a full time employee in year one is $75k with ability to earn up to $175k in year 2. Car payment and cell phone reimbursement will be provided to FTE’s. Ramp period compensation will be offered to salespeople who can demonstrate a history of successful sales. Full-time or Part-Time position – Must work at least 21/hours per week Turbo Tint Hours: Tuesday - Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), Saturday (8 - 1PM) - You can work whenever is convenient for you.
