Process Engineer - 3rd ShiftJob Description1. Manages, motivates, and leads the Process Technicians ensuring appropriate directions, training, and evaluation2. Develops and maintains the process standards in which all parts are manufactured3. Verifies and applies narrow ranges for optimum process4. Reviews production and operating records and resolves technical processing issues5. Follows established action plans for processes out of range6. Specifies project management and buy off new equipment7. Manages exploration of new materials and processes to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability8. Complies data and analyses past and current information to assist in the preparation of the budget; works with tool shops for all tool repair and maintenanceRequirement: * At least 3-5 years of experience with injection molding with presses ranging from 85-3200 tons* Master root-cause troubleshooting and problem solving* Must have experience with valve gate, hot runner, and scientific injection molding principals* Desire to be hands-on* At least 2 years of automation experience* Strong work ethic with the desire to overcome challenges and obstacles that arise on a daily basis* Direct experience leading a team* Desire to work any shift, including weekends
