About the Role Lead an 8-bed Level IIIA NICU, with a growing newborn service supporting 1,800 annual deliveries.Exciting expansion plans: A new 47,000-square-foot Birth Place with 13 NICU beds, including private rooms.Responsibilities include prenatal consults, NICU coverage, newborn coverage, and delivery attendance.Flexible coverage model:Each Neonatologist covers one-third of shifts per month, splitting in-house and at-home call.Work alongside a skilled team of neonatal nurse practitioners and physician assistants.Opportunities for quality improvement projects, regional collaboration, and leadership development.Previous leadership experience preferred.Not accepting visa or locum candidates.
