Processing Team Member (Stacker) - Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMNo nights. No weekends.America's Thrift Stores is hiring Processing Team Members (Stackers)! In this role, you'll help keep operations running efficiently by organizing and preparing merchandise for the next stage of processing.What You'll Do:Sort and stack items by category (tops, bottoms, etc.)Align and prepare merchandise for hangingIdentify and remove unsellable itemsMaintain quality standards and workflow efficiencyMove completed stacks to the next stationSupport team members and assist in other areas as neededWhat We're Looking For:Reliable with a strong work ethicDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with good communication skillsComfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)Must be 18+ and able to pass a background checkIf you're looking for a steady, weekday schedule and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to meet you!#IND123
