As we expand our innovative Advisor Technology Solutions team, this role will be essential to the success of our technology platform. Acting as the primary liaison between our internal core product teams and technology partners, you will coordinate, facilitate, and execute project objectives while ensuring alignment with our technology roadmap. You will have dynamic opportunities to collaborate with key internal stakeholders and take on a lead project management role, helping to drive a timely and efficient workflow from project inception to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManages larger, more complex projects/programs, capable of managing additional aspects of the PMOAssists with managing additional aspects of delivery focused on enhancing overall processAccountable for the successful delivery of a technical solution that meets the expected timeline, budget and stakeholder outcomes.Responsible for the construction and management of a project plan that identifies critical path dates, internal & external dependencies, key milestones associated with expected outcomes and resource requirementsConducts project kickoff for all stakeholders and team members to ensure expectations are aligned on roles/responsibilities and all aspects of the projectManages the scope of the project to ensure expected outcomes are metEffectively manages, communicates and documents project risks and issuesWorks closely with external Project Managers to ensure cross-dependences are appropriately communicated and delivered to meet expected dates and functionalityResponsible for the preparation and effective reporting of overall project status as necessaryCaptures and maintains all project information in the appropriate tool(s), ensuring information is updated in a manner that is timely, accurate and easily consumable by all audiencesManages resources to ensure the project has the optimal team to successfully deliverEstablishes project document repository and channel for team collaborationEstablishes project meetings for all levels with the appropriate attendees and cadenceEnsures that the closeout process is completedCore Strengths and SkillsExperienced, proven Project Manager PM , who has led by example and demonstrated success in project deliveryExcellent verbal, written and listening skillsAbility to communicate successfully with business subject matter experts, technology partners and home office staff frequently—both over the phone and in-personEnthusiastic, dynamic, confident, and highly motivated self-starterEffective leader and collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationshipsContinuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to changeStrong work ethic and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree related to information technology8+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT processes and projectsExperience managing projects in: Data, Integrations, Applications, Databases, Portals, Platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow)Financial or similar industry experienceProject Management tools: PPM Pro, MS Project, JIRA and MS Office------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------NOTES FOR CLIENT MEETINGPreference is on-site in Waltham, MA – Monday, Tuesday, and ThursdayContract – start with one year.Rate TBDNeed is for a senior Infrastructure PMSome CISCO would be idealThere are currently 2 networks: LPL and CFN – will be setting up the future LPL networkCisco centric, Teams, all voice, Cabling, Connectivity – Everything Infrastructure relatedLPL and CFN both have ServiceNow, Salesforce and Amazon ConnectMerger and Acquisition experience would be greatThere will be a lot of communication with LPL folksSecond half of the project will be working with Laptop transition – Laptop Replacement Strategy.Lots of questions – will there be new laptops, will they migrate information, etc.?
