Account Manager

Midwest Wire Group is a growing manufacturer of wire products serving multiple industries. We are seeking a driven Account Manager to develop new business, build strong client relationships, and help expand our customer base.This role is well-suited for a self-motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that drive long-term partnerships.Sales, Business Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify, pursue, and develop new customer accounts across target industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.Understand customer needs and recommend the right wire products and solutions.Account Growth & StrategyManage, build and grow a portfolio of accounts through consistent communication and follow-up.Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.Driven to proactively prospect new business and consistently close opportunities.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with production, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure customer expectations are met.Communicate customer needs, timelines, and priorities internally.Help improve processes that enhance the overall customer experience.Market AwarenessStay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Represent Midwest Wire Group with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.What We OfferFull-time position with base salary + high commission structure401(k) with company matchCompany paid health and vision insurance for employeesFamily orientedCompany laptop and cell phoneHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and interest to info@midwestwiregroup.com.
