Electrical Professional Engineer

*Job summary* We are looking for a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) active in Florida for project-based cooperation. The engineer shall review, stamp and sign electrical construction drawings, coordinate with local authorities for permit submittals, and provide technical support for data center electrical projects in Miami, FL. *Responsibilities-* -Review electrical construction drawings, provide engineering comments, apply official PE stamp and signature. - Assist with permit submission and communicate with Miami building departments. - Conduct technical review for medium / low voltage electrical systems for data center projects. - Coordinate with construction teams, contractors and project owners to resolve electrical design issues. - Ensure all designs comply with Florida electrical codes and local municipal requirements. *Requirements* - Hold active Florida Electrical PE License (MANDATORY). Out-of-state PE cannot be used for stamping in Florida. - Familiar with commercial / data center electrical systems, medium & low voltage power distribution. - Knowledge of Florida building codes and electrical permitting process. - Experience reviewing construction electrical drawings (AutoCAD). - This is project-based contract work. Compensation can be hourly, annual retainer or lump-sum project payment, negotiable based on project scope.
