Your work will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing across critical business functions.What You’ll DoProcess and distribute correspondence to the appropriate teams within Claims and UnderwritingIndex and organize documents received electronically, as well as scanned materialsFollow established unit and company policies to complete tasks accurately and efficiently within deadlinesProcess Merit Rating Board Hearing Lists and fulfill claim print requestsPerform a variety of data entry tasks and provide general clerical supportReview independent vendor bills for accuracy prior to Accounts Payable processingPrepare, print, and distribute a range of materials, including:Letters and brochuresCertified mail and agency correspondencePartner Select forms and manual checksTranscribe interviews, E-letters, memos, reports, and form lettersProcess Auto Injury Solutions No Match/Exception reports and update the medical bill logProvide prompt, professional assistance to lobby visitors and address inquiries independentlyWhat You BringStrong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills for record keeping and researchA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with office equipment (scanners, photocopiers, etc.) and online vendor toolsBasic math skills and comfort handling numeric dataNice to Have:Working knowledge of automated inventory systemsExperience with alphanumeric cataloging and basic purchase order creationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a customer service role is helpfulYour Health, Your Wellbeing—Fully Supported$0 Premium Medical Plan Option Keep more of what you earn.
