Credentialing Manager

Prestige Staffing is searching for a Credentialing Manager for a direct hire role. This role has great career advancement and benefits. This will be a hybrid role which could lead to fully remote once trained.The Credentialing Manager will manage the credentialing operations for 200+ providers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversees credentialing staff and coordinates provider privileging, reappointments, licensing, and billing enrollment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach credentialing staff to maintain high performance standards and ensure timely provider onboardingLead recruitment and hiring of physician services coordinatorsDevelop, implement, and administer departmental policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and affirmative action requirementsOversee provider licensing, privileging, and billing enrollment to meet start date requirementsPartner with HR to align NP/PA hiring timelines with credentialing processesCreate and maintain tracking reports and performance metricsCollaborate with hospital medical staff offices to streamline onboarding workflowsDevelop and refine clinical evaluation processes to meet Joint Commission and hospital standardsPromote continuous process improvement and customer service excellenceFacilitate onboarding by meeting with new providers and supporting their integration into the systemEnsure proper coordination of network access, badges, orientations, and HR contacts for providersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field5–7 years of experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, HR, or a related field2 years experience in credentialing Prior experience working with physicians and provider groupsAt least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong planning and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with leaders, staff, and external partnersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsDetails:Monday - Friday 7:30-9 start time for 8 hour dayIn the office 2 days a week and remote 3 days a week Manages 2-3 full time employeesPay is $75-90k based on experience and educationAble to pass criminal background and drug test including THCExcellent benefit package and growth opportunitiesApply today for immediate consideration.#ZR-Pro
