This role will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancementsDevelop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsConfigure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and automationDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications, databases, and APIsBuild automated business processes using Salesforce Flow and other platform capabilitiesTroubleshoot application issues and optimize Salesforce performanceSupport data migrations, data quality, and system integration activitiesParticipate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release managementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutionsDevelop and maintain technical documentationRequired QualificationsMust be fully cleared with a recent polygraphExperience developing and customizing applications on the Salesforce platformStrong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurationExperience with Salesforce Flow and process automationExperience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIsExperience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modelsExperience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practicesUnderstanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing modelsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsExperience working within Agile development environmentsDesired QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certificationSalesforce Administrator certificationExperience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales CloudExperience integrating Salesforce with enterprise and cloud-based systemsExperience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience with DevOps and automated Salesforce deployment toolsExperience supporting Salesforce solutions within federal government or highly regulated environments#CJFantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
