We're looking for reliable, responsible team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in keeping a space running smoothly.Monday - Friday: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pmWeekend shifts: 6:00 am - 2pm; 2pm-10pmFlexibility in schedulingKey Responsibilities:Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility during your shift; Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting; Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility & setting up/taking down sports equipment.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.Safety: Assist with general operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.Expectations:Dependability: Be on time and responsible, as you're often the first point of contact.Reliability: Show up consistently, even early, to ensure smooth operations.Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.Requirements:Must be dependable, responsible, and demonstrate integrityStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to stay organized and proactive during busy shiftsAvailability to work weekends and at least one weekday per weekWhat You'll Gain:Operational experience in communication, and time management with a team approach.A chance to develop professional relationships, make connections, and practice valuable, interpersonal workplace skills.What We're Looking For:Someone who shows up on time, takes initiative, and can be counted on.
