Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and basic math accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Prepare simple food items, assist in food preparation, and maintain cleanliness in the café or food service area Clear tables, bus tables, and ensure sanitation standards are upheld at all times Manage food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met Requirements Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen work is advantageous but not required Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a busy environment Embrace this exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
