About This Role We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and help keep the company running smoothly as we scale. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of the organization, combining executive support, operations, and light process-building in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll own scheduling, travel, and logistics for the CEO, help coordinate meetings and events across the company, and support office operations and team offsites. You’re excited about this role because you will… Manage complex internal and external scheduling for the CEO and help protect their time Coordinate meeting logistics, prep, and follow-ups across teams and stakeholders Plan and manage travel, itineraries, and changes as they come up Help build and improve internal processes that drive efficiency as the company grows Plan and execute in-office events, team offsites, and corporate gatherings Support office operations, including vendors, supplies, and guest coordination Be a trusted, proactive partner who anticipates needs and gets things done Qualifications 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Strong communicator with good judgment and discretion Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership Startup or high-growth experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary with equity Health, vision, and dental insurance Office lunch and dinner (SF office) High ownership and impact in an early-stage startup
