A company is looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators, collaborating on daily operational tasks Process assigned tasks within the medical management system and manage scheduling and meetings Handle communication through phone calls and emails, ensuring professional responses and efficient issue resolution Required Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D 2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work across multiple software programs MUST reside in the PST or MST zone
