Resident Care Assistant

Description 11p-7am The Resident Care Assistant is responsible for providing resident services, including assistance with personal care, medication reminders, social and recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued wellbeing of the resident. The Resident Care Assistant must be sensitive to the needs and desires of each resident and attempt to improve and enrich their lives. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Ability to project a professional image Ability to learn AL regulatory standards and compliance requirements Strong organizational skills Ability to be on your feet for long periods Ability to help lift residents with assistance Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with seniors preferred
