Location: Manhattan (Seaport District) Compensation: $22–$25/hour | Full-Time | PM & Weekend Availability Required Experience Required: Minimum 2 years The Paris Cafe in the Seaport District is building a strong, disciplined kitchen team. We’re looking for line cooks who can take ownership of their station, work with urgency, and execute consistently during high-volume service.General Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen Strong fundamentals across grill, sauté, oven, and pantry stations Must have your own knives Solid knife skills and ability to follow direction Able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of essential duties Communicate clearly and effectively in English Maintain a clean, organized station during service Reliable and consistent with time management and punctuality Able to set up and break down a station independently Comfortable working fast-paced service with multiple tickets Core Responsibilities: Execute dishes according to chef and kitchen standards Work grill, sauté, pantry, or oven stations with speed and accuracy Cook proteins and composed dishes to proper temperature and specification Manage multiple tickets during peak service Maintain quality, consistency, and plating standards Assist with prep and mise en place before service as needed Keep station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain service flow Bonus Points: Previous line cook experience in an upscale casual or high-volume restaurant Culinary school or certification Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: The company is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status More detail about The Paris Cafe part of OPUS Hospitality Group, please visit
