We are looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to help manage vacancy marketing, tenant communication, and repair coordination in a fast-paced office environment.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a steady workload. Our company is growing, and the right person will enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and keeping multiple tasks moving at the same time.This is not a slow or repetitive office job. The person in this role must be able to stay focused, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of their responsibilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesVacancy Marketing & Leasing CoordinationCreate, update, and maintain rental listings in TurboTenant and other platformsUpload photos, descriptions, and pricing accuratelyRefresh listings regularly to keep them visible onlineRespond promptly to inquiries through the messaging systemPre-screen applicants using company guidelinesCoordinate showings and follow up with prospectsPrepare leases and send documents through the systemKeep vacancies moving toward signed leasesPost vacancy updates to Facebook and other marketing channelsMaintenance Requests & Repair CoordinationReceive and review tenant repair requestsCommunicate with tenants to gather clear detailsAssign work orders to approved vendorsTrack repairs until completedFollow up with vendors when neededKeep accurate notes in the systemCommunicate updates to owners when requiredMake sure requests are handled promptly and professionallyOffice Workflow & Operations SupportKeep daily task lists organized and currentWork inside multiple software systems (TurboTenant, Google Drive, email, spreadsheets, etc.)Handle a high volume of messages without losing track of detailsPrioritize urgent issues while continuing regular workFollow company procedures consistentlyHelp improve efficiency as the company growsSkills RequiredStrong computer and typing skillsComfortable learning new software quicklyExcellent written communicationHighly organizedAble to manage multiple tasks at onceGood judgment when dealing with tenants and vendorsAble to work without constant supervisionReliable and consistentAble to stay calm in a busy environmentExperience with property management, leasing, real estate, or office coordination is helpful but not required for the right person.Character Traits Needed for This RoleSelf-motivated and dependablePositive attitudeNot easily overwhelmedAble to stay productive during busy periodsTakes responsibility instead of making excusesPays close attention to detailsCommunicates clearly and professionallyComfortable in a small, growing officeWilling to learn and adapt as the company growsWe are a hands-on company, and every team member plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.Position DetailsFull-time positionIn-office work required (Texarkana area)Monday–Friday schedulePay based on experienceTo apply, send resume and a short message explaining why you believe you are a good fit for a fast-paced property management office.
