CMM Programmer
Follows Quality Procedures for In-Process and Final Parts Inspection Process to ensure verification of specifications and dimensions of all parts prior to shipment.
Utilizes the CMM to qualify the program and parts inspected are dimensionally conforming. May also use surface plate, comparator or other dimensional metrology equipment.
Selects measurement strategy's and techniques to maximize repeatability and reproducibility of dimensional parameters.
Identifies out-of-tolerance conditions and reports them via a Non-Conforming Material Report.
Maintaining day to day activities in the inspection lab.
