Web Development SpecialistJob responsibilities include:Minimum 5 years of experience of web application developing and web administrationPerform modifications to code in existing Intranet applicationsDesign and develop new database driven Intranet applicationsProvide technical support to users of Intranet applicationsPrepare documentation for new and existing Intranet applicationsAssist with activities involved in maintaining Federal Information System Management Act (FISMA) complianceDesign and develop scripts using R software for data analysisProvide technical support to users of Microsoft Office 365 toolsCandidates must have a background in SharePoint, PowerApps, PHP,.Net, knowledge of the Cloud and MS productsCandidates must have a fundamental understanding of Microsoft.NET Framework, PHP and PythonAdditional requirements include:A working knowledge of Internet programming using ColdFusion and JavaScriptKnowledge of Azure Cloud migration of applications from native environmentsMust have working knowledge of PHP, dot.Net or C sharpBombay experience also desiredAn applied knowledge of database structure and relational database design as well as database programming and the Structured Query Language (SQL)A working knowledge of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Telnet as well as an understanding of the concepts of effective directory structure design and drive mapping across a networkKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools,.Net and Business Analytics tools (e.g., Power Bi) and data visualization toolsKnowledge of R, R Studio and/or Python programming languages and statistical/math computingExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust be able to obtain an NRC security clearance to work in NRC furnished space and be able to qualify for IT-1 access to the NRC computer networkIn addition, must complete NRC computer security training before having access to network services
