We are seeking highly talented and motivated candidates to join our company where people, integrity, and excellence are essential to our culture.Key Responsibilities:Design system and size components; develop P&IDDevelop Cost Estimate for proposalsAssist sales team in preparation and, if requested, presentation of final project proposalPrepare and oversee project documentation, including spec sheets, O&M manuals, and validation documents, as applicableManage customer submittals, including support drawings and specificationsWork with designers to produce detailed engineeringServe as a project manager for awarded projectsMaintain project schedule and budgetConduct project review and evaluationIdentify opportunities for and drive continuous process improvements, including product and system standardization, standard operating procedures, and engineering standardsIdentify potential issues and drive resolution to ensure schedules and budgets are metSet up and maintain customer contracts, jobs and servicesPrepare and issue quotes and account renewals; follow-up through issuance of purchase ordersTrack and generate reports of business segment profitability including cost analysis of services and projectsSchedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billingsHandle customer calls and coordinate service schedule with service techniciansJob Requirements:5+ years of experience engineeringB.S. in Mechanical EngineeringSelf-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure frommultiple ongoing projectsPrevious customer relations experience preferredPrevious equipment design or operating experience preferredPerks:Competitive base salaryComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (with company contributions), and more$1 for $1 401k match up to 4%9 Company-paid holidaysGenerous personal time off that increases with tenureEducation assistanceEmployee referral bonus programOngoing training and development by internal and external industry expertsWorking Conditions: Usual office and manufacturing environmentsPureflow is an equal-opportunity employer, including disability and veterans.
