Together, let's drive excellence in healthcare.SUMMARY OF JOBSUMMARY OF JOB:To coordinate service and operations related to the medical care of individuals that live within the shared home programs. Provide training and education on health related topics to non-medical staff.CONNECTING TO MISSION:The Intellectual Disability Program expands Holy Redeemer's mission to Care, Comfort and Heal by providing unique, trustworthy and compassionate care for adults with intellectual disabilities. The ID Program integrates health care with other supports and leverages Holy Redeemer's expertise to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilitiesRECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTSRECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:LPN (Licensed practical nurse)Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems.One-year experience in a caregiver role (work/volunteer/or life experience preferred in the intellectual disabilities service system.Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customersExcellent basic and persuasive communication skillsMust have a valid PA drivers license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Pennsylvania Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).EQUAL OPPORTUNITYRedeemer Health is an equal opportunity employer.
