Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Solu is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack, with a strong focus on Azure cloud migration, application architecture, and full-stack development. You'll serve as a technical leader, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while mentoring developers and driving projects from design through deployment.ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and implementation of complex applications.Provide technical direction and contribute as a hands-on developer.Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.Coordinate development efforts and mentor junior team members.Collaborate across development, operations, and business teams.Support testing, debugging, and system performance optimization.Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements.Qualifications10+ years of overall software development experience.10+ years of experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.5+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.5+ years of experience developing Angular applications, including PrimeNG or Kendo UI.5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web Forms.5+ years of experience with SQL Server performance analysis and tuning.3+ years of experience developing Web APIs.3–5 years of experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM tools.3+ years of experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks.2+ years of experience using GitLab.Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud, including refactoring and migrating ASP.NET Web Forms applications to Azure.Strong experience with modern development tools and platforms.Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver projects on schedule.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Experience collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience with Dependency Injection frameworks.2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, scripting, development, and support.Experience integrating DocuSign and FileNet.Experience working in banking or financial services environments.Strong understanding of application architecture and system integrations.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
