Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Birmingham, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in selecting and obtaining suitable mortgage products, guide them through the loan application process, and evaluate financial information to assess eligibility. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Qualifications Experience in Loan Officers and Mortgage LendingFamiliarity with the Mortgage Industry and expertise in UnderwritingStrong Customer Service skills, including the ability to establish and maintain client relationshipsExceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of loan products, compliance regulations, and financial documentsExperience in the use of loan origination software and relevant financial toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferredActive NMLS license or willingness to obtain one is required
