VP, Product & DigitalHybrid | Northern New Jersey | Financial ServicesA well-established financial institution in Northern New Jersey is seeking a VP of Product & Digital to lead the strategy, evolution, and delivery of digital banking products and customer-facing experiences across consumer and commercial banking channels.This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving innovation, deposit growth, digital transformation, and customer engagement through modern product management practices and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesProduct & Digital StrategyDefine and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with enterprise business goalsDrive innovation across digital banking channels and customer-facing banking productsPartner with executive leadership to shape long-term digital and product strategyEvaluate emerging technologies, fintech partnerships, and non-traditional product offeringsProduct Management & DeliveryLead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimizationCollaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, CX, Marketing, and Analytics teamsEnsure digital solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and customer-centricManage strategic vendor relationships and maximize platform capabilitiesMarket Insights & PerformanceAnalyze customer behavior, competitive trends, and market dynamics to inform product directionEstablish KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and customer adoptionTranslate analytics into actionable business recommendations and enhancementsPresent product updates and strategic insights to senior leadership stakeholdersLeadershipLead and mentor a team of product professionalsSupport organizational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement effortsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovationQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree required7+ years of product management experience with digital/customer-facing productsExperience within banking, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industriesProven success launching and scaling digital products and experiencesStrong understanding of digital channels, customer engagement, and product strategyExperience managing external vendors and strategic partnershipsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsPreferredMaster’s degree or advanced certificationsExperience working within Agile environmentsFamiliarity with digital banking platforms, eCommerce concepts, and customer experience strategyAdditional InformationHybrid work schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote)Competitive compensation + bonus potentialComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and additional employee programsIf you’re interested in learning more, please apply directly or reach out for a confidential conversation.
