Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Terrell, TX. The Service Technician will handle day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and providing field service support. Responsibilities also include interacting with customers to identify issues, providing solutions, and ensuring service quality meets company standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair techniques, with hands-on experience in maintaining electrical systemsStrong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issuesExperience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and service deliveryExcellent Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communicationAbility to work independently and follow safety protocolsRelevant technical certifications or an electrical license is preferredProven ability to work in a team environment and adapt to dynamic job responsibilities
