Oracle EPM Lead Planning Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Lead Planning Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation of financial planning solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, leading project delivery, and building scalable solutions using Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase solutionsGather business requirements and translate them into technical designsDevelop and maintain Essbase cubes, calculation scripts, and business rulesWork on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersPerform system optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancementsSupport presales activities and solution demonstrations (if required)Mentor junior team members🔹 Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion PlanningStrong expertise in Essbase, Calculation Manager, and Smart ViewHands-on experience with end-to-end EPM implementationsGood understanding of financial planning processesExperience with data integration and SQLStrong communication and stakeholder management skills🔹 Good to HaveExperience with Groovy scriptingExposure to EPCM / EDMExperience with Essbase 21C or EPM Cloud
