Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loves working with Legos, Knex, and has a passion for children! This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run at the elementary school, after school, for one hour, once a day. If you are looking for more than 1 hour a week, this job is not for you. Classes begin in September and go through May, with school holidays like Thanksgiving and Spring Break off. We're high profile, top quality, and prefer folks working on/ with a college degree and 1-2+ years' experience working with children. Want to become a teacher in a school? Locations & Times Our Dublin position: Eager Engineers: Tuesdays 3:45pm-4:45pm Qualifications: Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be available at 3:30pm on Tuesdays
