Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates Requirements: - Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, physical education, and tutoring - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
