About the Role The Environmental Services Director manages all aspects of housekeeping, maintenance, and safety programs to ensure a well-kept, compliant, and comfortable environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and maintenance departments. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules. Supervise and train staff to ensure quality and safety standards. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma; management experience in senior living or hospitality preferred. Knowledge of building systems, housekeeping standards, safety codes and MUST have knowledge of SC Department of Public Health Regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and clean record.
