Associate Attorney - Litigation

Job Description A boutique litigation firm in Encino, CA is seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles disputes and lawsuits involving business, real estate, employment, and other matters—from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities:* Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence * Assist with discovery, including written discovery and document review * Support depositions, hearings, and court appearances * Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy * Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel * Organize and manage case files efficientlyQualifications:* 2-4 years of civil litigation experience * Active California State Bar license (required) * Strong legal writing and research skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities * Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Benefits:* $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with matching * Paid time off * Life insurance and referral programJob Type: Full-time, In-person Location: Encino, CA We're looking for someone eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced litigation environment.
