Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination: Greet patients and families, manage multi-line phone systems, and schedule appointments efficiently. Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage, submit dental claims, and handle patient payment collections. Records Management: Maintain accurate electronic dental charts and patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Treatment Coordination: Present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients, ensuring they understand their care options. Office Support: Manage doctor correspondence, respond to emails, and ensure the reception area remains professional and welcoming. QualificationsExperience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front office setting is required.Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Dentrix, our dental practice management software is highly preferred.Attributes: A friendly, upbeat demeanor and the ability to handle financial discussions with professionalism.
