C&A Tool a leading manufacturer since 1969 of precision bearing products for the aerospace, industrial and medical device markets is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Quality Technician I. Operating three manufacturing facilities in Northeast Indiana (Auburn / Churubusco) and employing nearly 600 skilled workers, we are an integral part of a larger global manufacturing conglomerate, MinebeaMitsumi.

Required Skills/Knowledge:
On time daily and good attendance
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Mechanically inclined
Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
Basic math and computer skills
Willing to learn
Follow all quality procedures
Shift: 3rd Shift | 8 Hour shifts – Monday through Friday | Overtime Optional
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
Multi- tasking without sacrificing quality
Strong teamwork
Familiar with Keyence machines (programming a plus) and ECAD
Experience with medical implants and instruments
Experience of floor audits and shop flow
Physical Requirements:
Lift 40 lbs
Standing for prolonged periods of time
20/20 vision with correction
