Family Practice - With OB Physician

Location: Clinton, IAPosition Type: Fulltime Physician Family Medicine with ObstetricsOverviewOutstanding Family Medicine with Obstetrics opportunity in Clinton, IA. This position offers a predictable call schedule, C-section responsibilities, strong specialty support, and excellent work-life balance in a collaborative environment.Practice Highlights• Call schedule: 1:4 predictable and non-burdensome• Must be able and willing to perform C-sections• Support from Urology, Podiatry, Surgery, Cardiology, Radiation Oncology, and Hospitalists (all onsite)• State-of-the-art ultrasound equipment• 3 clinic rooms + 1 procedure room• Support staff includes 1 2 clinical staff + receptionist• Team includes: 1 Board-Certified Gynecologist, 2 OB Nurse Practitioners, 1 FP/OB Physician, and 12 Family Practice providers• Nursery: Level I, 7 LDRP beds, average 1 2 admissions/day• OB case mix: % low risk, % high risk, 5 10% C-sections• Low volume of GYN surgeries• EMR: Cerner in hospital, eClinicalWorks in clinic• Credentialing: days• Not accepting Locums or visa candidates• Clean malpractice preferredCandidate Requirements• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (BE must become BC within 1 year of employment) Required• OB Fellowship-trained (must be completed prior to start) Required• IA License (or ability to obtain) Required• Must be able and willing to perform C-sections Required• Clean malpractice history preferred (no active probate/supervision cases accepted)Schedule & Coverage• Full-time clinic + OB + C-section responsibilities• Call: 1:4 (predictable, shared)• Mix of OB (low + high risk) and family practice responsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits• $100,000 sign-on bonus• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (if applicable)• Competitive salary based on experience/training (discussed during interview)• 272 hours of Annual Time Off (34 paid days)• $4,000 CME allowance annually• Employer-sponsored malpractice + tail coverage• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance• Short- & long-term disability coverage• 403(b) retirement with employer contribution + match; Optional 457(b)• Benefits effective Day 1Why Clinton, IA?Clinton offers a family-oriented community with a welcoming atmosphere, affordable living, and easy access to outdoor recreation along the Mississippi River.How to ApplyIf you re interested in this Family Medicine with Obstetrics opportunity in Clinton, IA, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
