The company offers strong career development, national project exposure, and a collaborative culture centered on safety, quality, and innovation.Job DescriptionDirect preconstruction, engineering, coordination, and field installation of all MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire protection).Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, design partners, inspectors, subcontractors, and owner representatives.Interpret and enforce contract documents, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.Lead, mentor, and oversee MEP engineers, superintendents, and technical staff, including performance feedback.Manage MEP procurement, budgets, safety, quality, scheduling, commissioning, and close-out activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
