As a Lumber Mill Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Lumber Mill AssociateLocation: Gwinn, MIPay Range: $17.60 per hourWhat's the Job?Shoveling and sweeping sawdust to maintain a clean work environment.Keeping the manufacturing plant clean and organized.Performing fire watch duties to ensure safety protocols are followed.Manually moving freight, stock, or other materials as required.Carrying out other unskilled general labor tasks as needed.What's Needed?Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 5 AM to 1:30 PM.Preferred industrial experience and safety training.Must be physically able to be on feet all day, lifting, shoveling, etc.Required: High School Diploma or GED, background check, physical, drug screen, and steel-toed boots.Long-term commitment is essential; only apply if you're interested in a career, not a short-term job.
