Direct Support Professional - Addiction & Recovery Services

Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to encouraging independence and accountability without providing personal care.Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rulesEncourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountabilitySupport and observe the administration of medicationPromote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environmentAssist with recreational and community-based activitiesDocument shift activities and maintain clear communication logsReport behavioral or health concerns to supervisorsSupport meal planning and preparationPerform health and safety checksMaintain the cleanliness of shared program spacesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required)CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain BLS not accepted)Experience in substance use recovery, mental health, or human services (preferred)Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving recordCurrent TB screening clearanceStrong communication, consistency, and interpersonal skillsAvailable ShiftsFull-Time Days (12-Hour Shifts) Rotating weekdays and every other weekend.7:00 AM 7:00 PM7:00 PM 7:00 AMPart-Time / PRN -We are hiring PRN staff to provide coverage as needed.
