You'll also help guide CNAs, because great care takes a great team.Provide hands-on nursing care that meets resident needsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedObserve, document, and communicate resident changesAssign and support CNA duties to keep the shift running smoothlyBe part of a team that shows up for each other and our residentsRequirementsWhat We Need From YouA current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseLong-term care, acute care, or geriatric experience (a plus, not a deal-breaker)Supervisory experience preferredAbility to pass a background check and drug screenWhy Helia?Because here, you're noticed.
